Certified Group- FSNS, a top provider of laboratory services, seeks an accomplished Laboratory Manager to drive laboratory success. This leadership role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 per annum, contingent on qualifications and location.

We need a seasoned professional with a BS/MS degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field, accompanied by 5-10 years of experience in laboratory management. A proven track record of supervising teams, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in laboratory software are essential for this position.

Accountabilities
  • Lead laboratory operations to achieve high-quality results and efficient processes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage laboratory personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze laboratory financials to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure laboratory safety and regulatory compliance.
