Job Title: Linux Server Administrator Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Server Administrator with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Linux environments and will be instrumental in driving business decisions through data analysis and insights. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and business acumen to support our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Strong hands-on experience on Linux operating systems, including RedHat and Ubuntu, SUSE, Amazon Linux2, Amazon Linux 2023, CentOS. * Proficient in Linux command-line interface and shell scripting. * Working experience in migrating upgrading the Linux operating system major version(e.g RHEL6 to 9 or RHEL7 to 9) * In-depth knowledge and working experience in Veritas Infoscale cluster. * Hands-on experience in Pacemaker cluster. * Experience in Deploying and Managing the Redhat satellite server and Foreman. * OS Security vulnerability management and patching the Linux systems from satellite or foreman. * Experience in Ansible, Puppet, Terraform automation tools and Docker container platform. * Ability to deploy new physical hardware in datacenter and configure them with redundancy. * Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or KVM. * Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures and hardening the Linux systems. * Experience in AWS services such as EC2, S3, EFS, EBS, VPC, Cloudwatch, IAM, Systems manager. * Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NTP, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP. * Knowledge in BeeGFS parallel filesystem and ZFS. * Experience in High performance computing cluster management. * Adhere to the SOP, ITIL process and framework. * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
