Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items using standardized recipes in a timely manner.
  • Maintain sanitary conditions throughout the kitchen, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Record food production quantities, temperatures, and taste evaluations to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Manage inventory, receive, and rotate products to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to develop menus and production sheets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (not required but preferred).
  • One year of experience in food preparation, preferably in a therapeutic diet setting.
  • Certified ServSafe or willing to obtain certification within six months of employment.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, following instructions, and maintaining confidentiality.
