Executive Chef

The Neighborhood at Hopkinsville is seeking a skilled Cook to join their culinary team.

This role involves preparing and serving high-quality meals that meet the needs of residents, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

As a Cook at The Neighborhood at Hopkinsville, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation and service of meals, including soups, salads, and main courses;
• Maintenance of a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards;
• Accurate record-keeping of food production, waste, and inventory management;
• Collaboration with the Food and Beverage Director to plan menus and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent;
• Culinary experience, preferably in a healthcare setting;
• A current SERV Safe certificate or ability to obtain one;
• An understanding of therapeutic diets and menu planning.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000-$53,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
