We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team in Austin. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and demonstrate expertise in med/surg and IMC nursing practices.

About the Position

This full-time position requires 36 hours of work per week and offers an opportunity to work in various facilities across our Greater Austin Region. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care based on priorities and clinical expertise.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to evidence-based practice changes through research utilization and experiential learning.
  • Foster a supportive environment that promotes healing, comfort, and respect for patients' diverse backgrounds and values.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of med/surg and IMC nursing standards and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
