Job Responsibilities

As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for managing foreign currency risks across a diverse FX hedge portfolio, which includes cash flow hedging, balance sheet hedging, and net investment hedging. Your duties will include:
  • Utilizing your knowledge of options in a risk management context.
  • Conducting macro-economic research and analysis to identify currency exposures.
  • Developing and implementing appropriate hedging strategies.
  • Executing FX spot, forward, and options transactions.
  • Collaborating with FX banking partners to optimize hedging costs and structures.
  • Performing thorough analysis of derivative instruments and their impact on portfolio performance.
  • Assisting in quarter-end accounting close activities while ensuring compliance with hedge accounting standards.
  • Maintaining an effective control environment and participating in compliance efforts.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams, including Tax and Financial Planning & Analysis, to support corporate initiatives.
  • Leading or assisting with various ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, particularly in treasury roles.
  • Experience with foreign exchange management.
  • Strong understanding of risk management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High integrity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn.
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality results.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau and SQL is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and/or Reuters, SAP is a plus.

Education & Experience

A degree in finance or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as MBA, CPA, or CFA, along with experience in the FX industry, are advantageous.
