Job Summary

US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Inspector to join our team. As a General Inspector, you will be responsible for performing repetitive inspection and packing of various chain products, ensuring they meet established specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chain Inspection: Perform repetitive inspection and packaging of chain products, using fixed gauges and visual inspections to ensure conformity to specifications.
  • Pin Sorting: Inspect pins using fixed gauges and visual inspections to ensure conformity to specifications.
  • Stringer: Feed and provision plates to bowl feeders, load empty and filled strings to and from stringing machines, and maintain traceability.
  • General Duties: Work from order, specifications, and general instructions of the group leader or Production Supervisor, record production and time data, and report it to Payroll.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-3 Years of experience working in a manufacturing environment highly desired
  • Safety First mindset
  • Strong focus on Quality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use material handling devices such as hand trucks, and hydraulic lift trucks
  • Basic Computer Skills
