We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at AutoNation Mobile Services. As a Mobile Automotive Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing vehicle repairs at our customers' homes or offices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers in a friendly manner and using a consultative selling process to assist with ongoing maintenance planning.
- Utilize smart devices and applications to perform daily job tasks, including parts ordering, logging stories, and documenting Multi-point inspection details and recommendations.
- Diagnose and assess vehicle issues, performing repairs within the regular scope of work, and subletting repairs to partner shops as needed.
- Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent professional automotive repair experience.
- ASE certifications and/or technical school are preferred.
- Knowledge in working and using repair shop software (AllData, Mitchell 1, etc).
- Valid driver's license (clean background).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Competitive pay (DOE).
