Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and adapt to different types of customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Update CRM with inquiries and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ZBS POS products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of computer experience using word and Excel is a plus.
  • Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication with management, including CRM updates on progress.
