Position Overview / Responsibilities:
We are recognized for delivering exceptional training and education in the nursing field. By enrolling in our program, you are choosing to be part of the expanding healthcare industry. We are dedicated to facilitating job placement and educational success for our students.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with patient mobility and positioning.
- Utilizing medical supplies effectively.
- Providing personal hygiene care, including bathing and grooming.
- Documenting patient dietary intake.
- Monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.
- Supporting residents with toileting and changing needs.
- Responding to patient call lights.
- Addressing other patient requirements as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong patient care and customer service abilities.
- Passion for working with the elderly.
- Demonstrated strong work ethics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the nursing team.
- Consistent work history indicating reliability.
- Background check required.
Many of our partnered facilities provide competitive hourly wages, a supportive work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
Course Schedule:
- This is a 10-week program, with classes held weekly.
- Clinical training will occur off-site once a week for 5 weeks.
- All selected candidates must attend in-person classes and complete clinical hours.
- Staff chosen by a facility will be expected to work full-time during and after the CNA training to receive full course payment.
