Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to assist in the processing and sorting of merchandise in our warehouse. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and process merchandise in the warehouse, rotating regularly to the sales floor as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor, warehouse area, and bathroom facilities.
  • Assist customers with loading merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support cashiers during breaks and days off, and answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Physical Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. A qualified individual with a disability may request a modification or adjustment to the job or work environment to meet the physical requirements of the position.

The employee will be required to walk, stand, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach with hands and arms on a continuous basis. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

The employee must have the ability to operate a telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, and access and produce information from a computer. The employee must also have the ability to understand written information.
