We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Grand Strand Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate diagnostic equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
- Verify patient information and prepare the room for procedures, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Perform CT exams on a variety of body parts, including the head, neck, chest, abdomen, and pelvis.
- Complete appropriate history forms and technologist exam sheets to ensure accurate patient information.
- Start IVs and check labs as needed to ensure patient safety.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- RT certification from ARRT.
- CT certification from ARRT preferred.
- South Carolina: SCRQSA required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology and CT Technologist highly preferred.
