Care for Clients in Comfort of Their Own Homes

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Caregiver to provide professional personal care and companionship to our clients in the Parsippany, NJ area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, helping them maintain their independence, and enhancing their quality of life. As a Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while also encouraging self-care and independence.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands, as needed
  • Administer medications and provide reminders
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification preferred
  • Experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Ability to pass background checks and other pre-employment screening
