Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Client Relations Executive to join our team at Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physicians.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including referrals and admissions.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Business Development and Regional Vice President, Market Development to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly admission targets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate data on customer relationships within our customer relationship management system.
  • Represent Pathways in relevant professional organizations and in the community.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and presentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Healthcare professional credential, Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience required.
  • Minimum of one year of related sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical field.
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and persuasive abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office applications and territory management systems.
  • Ability to travel, valid driver's license, and auto liability insurance coverage according to company policy.
