Job Title: Certified Med Tech

Job Summary:

As a Certified Med Tech at Heritage Place, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the daily care of our residents, including administering medications and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications according to resident care plans
  • Assist with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation

Requirements:

  • State Med Tech Certification required
  • First Aid & CPR Certified
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
