Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join their team in Goshen, Indiana.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to assist with surgical operations in a hospital or outpatient surgery center setting. As an OR Tech, you will play a critical role in maintaining a sterile environment, preparing surgical tools and equipment, and assisting nurses and surgeons during procedures.
Responsibilities- Prep the OR, surgical tools, and equipment for procedures
- Assist nurses and surgeons with scrubbing in and out of the OR
- Maintain a sterile environment during procedures
- Assist with surgical tools and equipment during operations
- Clean the OR after procedures
- Transport patients to and from surgery
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
- Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
- BLS Certification
- Trauma Experience preferred, not required
- Travel experience preferred, not required
