CRMG is seeking a highly motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to join our growing residential team. As a key member of our team, you will provide a high level of service to our clients and excel at building high-functioning teams to manage a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of property managers to achieve revenue growth, occupancy goals, and client asset performance expectations.
- Create and mentor an inclusive, diverse, and talented team of people to provide the best experience for all communities, residents, and team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial and accounting reports and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience.
- Subject matter expert (SME) knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington, including Fair Housing laws, and advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn new software and technology; Entrata experience is a plus.
- Available for after-hours emergencies.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties, with a current driver's license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance.
