Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs.
  • Enforce and maintain all Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting.
  • Possess basic math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
