Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at our Cascade Park location in Vancouver, WA. As a key member of our physical therapy department, you will assist various levels of personnel in their related clinical activities, including set-ups for patients, transportation, assisting in routine ambulation and therapeutic techniques. You will also maintain inventory of department equipment, linen and supplies, and perform receptionist/clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Support an environment that reinforces Rebound's mission and Core Values.
  • Administer routine patient treatment and care under direct supervision of the Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistants.
  • Monitor patient's reaction to therapy and report significant changes or developments to therapist.
  • Transport/escort patients to Physical Treatment treatment as needed.
  • Check in patients in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Facilitate information collection as needed.
  • Promote use of the patient portal.
  • Maintain a clean lobby environment.
Requirements
  • Completion of high school, GED or equivalent required.
  • BLS certified.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
