Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of project costs.
  • Contract Administration: Manage and administer project contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and terminations, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management plans, procedures, and processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables and compliance with company standards.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans, including stakeholder engagement, project updates, and issue resolution, to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in an office environment with occasional travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
