Afterschool Bus Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Afterschool Bus Driver to join our team at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta. As a key member of our youth program team, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from program sites, while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere for our participants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and reliable transportation to and from program sites
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere for participants
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with program staff and participants
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Have a good understanding of the mission and values of the YMCA
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with youth and families
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
