Exciting Opportunity for Clinical Laboratory Professionals

We are seeking experienced Clinical Laboratory Professionals to join our team at Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA. As a Clinical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering quality patient care by performing and documenting preventive maintenance and quality control procedures, identifying and replenishing testing bench supplies, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
  • Report accurate and timely test results to deliver quality patient care
  • Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures
  • Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary
  • Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements
  • Previous clinical laboratory testing experience is highly preferred
  • Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus
  • Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
