Job Description:
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to fill a travel position in a SNF UNIT setting in Hadley, Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality Speech Language Pathology services to patients in a SNF UNIT setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address communication and swallowing disorders
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Active MA license
- 2+ years of Speech Language Pathology experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
