LPN - Family Medicine Brooklyn Clinic 80hrs Biweekly Days

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at MetroHealth, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Family Medicine department. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, infant through adult, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
- Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of MetroHealth.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Obstetrics and/or Pediatrics.
May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance. Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds with assistance. Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids. Requires some exposure to chemicals.
