Job Summary

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for gathering technical requirements, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and end-user training and documentation. This role will work closely with end users, third parties, other IT staff, and management to meet these requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Gather technical requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
  2. Develop, test, and debug software applications using Oracle EBS R12 Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud Platform.
  3. Provide production support and troubleshoot problems as directed by management.
  4. Work with end users, third parties, and other IT staff to define, plan, and scope projects.
  5. Occasionally lead or direct the work of others.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
  • 8+ years of technical experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
  • 3+ years of technical experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Platform (EPBCS, FCC, ARCS, EDM, Freeform).
  • Experience with enterprise schedulers, script development with Python, and understanding AWR reports and PL/SQL fine tuning.
  • Experience with Procure-to-Pay and 3-Way Match a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials a plus.

Working Conditions

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles.

The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work is sedentary, and no special physical demands are required to perform the work.
