Job Description

At ELRO MANUFACTURING LLC, we are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation, as well as experience leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sheet metal workers to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Fabricate and install sheet metal products such as ducts, roofs, and siding
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
  • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order
  • Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure that project deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation
  • Experience leading a team of sheet metal workers
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
