Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical programs that optimize medication use and improve member health outcomes
- Continuously grow and optimize current clinical programs impacting medical spend, while increasing value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical programs
- Provide expert guidance on medication management and strategy to internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical pharmacy
- Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification preferred
- Strong delegation and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in clinical program development and implementation
- Three years' experience in pharmacy benefits management
