Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Anderson Enterprises, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our 185 rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues
  • Order and maintain inventory of necessary tools and materials
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
