Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Care Coordinator to join our team at St. Barnabas. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking outpatient surgery services.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule follow-up appointments
  • Coordinate and schedule pre-patient appointments, diagnostic tests, and surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Triage patients as needed

Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or Equivalence
  • Graduate from an Approved Medical Assistant Program
  • Previous experience in a medical setting or 2 years relevant work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
