Job Summary

We are seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team. As a member of our special education department, you will work closely with our teachers and staff to support students with disabilities in achieving their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities

As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting students with disabilities in general education and special education settings
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Providing individualized support to students with disabilities
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
