MBI Industrial Medicine is a leading provider of occupational healthcare services, established in 1982. With 31 full-service occupational healthcare facilities across Arizona, Colorado, California, and Nevada, we are dedicated to delivering timely, compassionate care and implementing evidence-based practices to achieve industry-leading results.
The Regional Director of Operations plays a critical role in our organization, overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of multiple clinical sites within the assigned region. This includes managing financial operations, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $115,000, based on industry standards and regional factors. Benefits include group medical, dental, and vision insurance, life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance, 401(K) with company match, and generous paid time off.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Center Administrators to maintain high-quality standards and ensure optimal staffing levels across all clinics.
• Evaluate current clinical flow and EMR utilization across the region to form best practice utilization procedures.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas needing improvement and develop action plans to address them.
• Lead the regional operations team in continuous improvement projects, utilizing performance metrics to drive strategic action.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in recruitment, selection, coaching, and performance management of clinical and administrative staff.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial acumen with the ability to apply financial principles to clinic operations and budgeting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Current valid state Driver's license.
