Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook a variety of foods to meet the dietary needs and preferences of our Residents.
- Culinary Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Indirectly supervise cooks and food service workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Check freshness and quality of ingredients, ensuring that all food served meets our high standards.
- Menu Development: Assist in the development of menu items, taking into account Residents' dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Standardization and Presentation: Standardize recipes and plate presentations to ensure consistency and visual appeal.
- Guest Experience: Work with management to create a memorable experience for our Residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
