We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and help us achieve our goal of nurturing student growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tailored behavior intervention strategies as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide direct assistance to students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges.
- Gather and evaluate data regarding student progress to refine treatment approaches.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and specialists to ensure cohesive and effective interventions.
- Engage actively in team discussions, training workshops, and opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Preferred experience in supporting children with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
