Job Summary

Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing ABA treatment programs for children and their families with Autism. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis will drive exceptional client outcomes and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavior assessments and design treatment plans of care
  • Provide case oversight and ensure compliance with the BACB
  • Motivate and mentor Registered Behavioral Technicians to implement treatment plans effectively
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to a culture of learning and growth
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pass a background and reference check
