Healthcare Provider Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at Baylor Scott & White Health. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate healthcare professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
About the Role:
As a Physician Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories, ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests, and developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health needs through comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based medicine
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in Texas
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire or transfer
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Salary and Benefits:
$160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE)
