Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst or Associate Advisor to join our team. As an early-stage role, you will have opportunities to learn and grow alongside our firm's continued expansion. You will work closely with Senior Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences, utilizing your expertise in portfolio research, allocation, and rebalancing.

ResponsibilitiesInvestment Analyst Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive portfolio research reports for advisory teams.
  • Allocate trades across accounts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor portfolios to maintain tolerance bands.
  • Rebalance accounts into portfolio models to maximize returns.
  • Assist with tax-efficient harvesting during tax season.
  • Evaluate trade execution and compliance.
  • Analyze quarterly performance reports and troubleshoot data inaccuracies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide recommendations on implementing new capabilities within our platforms.
Associate Advisor Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Advisors with documentation and presentation materials.
  • Attend meetings with prospects and clients for note-taking purposes.
  • Record meeting notes and summarize discussions.
  • Schedule action items in Salesforce and follow up with clients.
  • Deliver services to clients in conjunction with Senior Advisors.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to develop strong relationships.
  • Create quarterly and annual client summaries of net worth and investments.
  • Monitor client financial plans and advise on necessary changes.
Requirements
  • College graduate required.
  • Pursuit of CFP or CFA preferred.
  • 1+ years of financial services experience preferred.
  • A commitment to excellence, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Bloomberg, Morningstar, and/or MoneyGuidePro preferred.
  • Superior phone skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
