Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hayward, MN. As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to develop the skills they need to succeed in and outside of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to meet each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the school team to enhance student participation in daily activities.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current MN OT license
  • Experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred)
