Position Overview: Centage is in search of a driven and intelligent Finance Operations Manager to become a part of our expanding B2B SaaS organization, dedicated to delivering innovative financial technology solutions to the mid-market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage comprehensive accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, treasury, and tax compliance.
  • Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate existing policies, systems, and procedures, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to all tax regulations and timely submission of necessary filings.
  • Research technical accounting matters and implement solutions as required.
  • Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting operations.
  • Support audit requests as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on driving results.
  • Experience with Netsuite is required; familiarity with other financial systems such as Salesforce and Avalara is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GAAP for financial statement reporting.
  • Experience in the software industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Suite experience is preferred.
