Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Oversee reception duties, including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Manage financial transactions and inform clients about pet wellness programs
  • Facilitate patient flow and uphold a tidy reception area

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong emphasis on customer service with outstanding communication abilities
  • Experience in animal handling and foundational veterinary skills

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with computer systems preferred
  • Background in veterinary settings is advantageous

Work Environment

  • This position is based onsite at our facility or designated locations
  • May require extended periods of standing, lifting, and interaction with animals and medical environments
  • Flexible scheduling, including availability for weekends and evenings
