We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Premium Finance Divisional Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the combined US operations portfolio, including staff at multiple processing centers. The role requires excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on process improvement and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and oversight for the company's domestic operations centers.
Identify and implement process enhancements to provide efficient and cost-effective best-in-class service and products to clients.
Develop business solutions for complex problems, working closely with IT, sales, and marketing teams.
Establish goals, monitor progress, and facilitate performance development for department managers.
Evaluate and integrate services from outside vendors.
Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business strategies and growth initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
Seven years of experience in managing personnel and company operations.
Excellent analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact positively with all levels within and outside the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or professional designations such as CPA.
Ten years of experience in premium finance or insurance industry.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Truist Inc. We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan.
