We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madison, WI. The successful candidate will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by establishing a working relationship and using excellent, in-depth knowledge of our products and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Focus on our Vision and Guiding Principles, considering the best interest of Artful Home and its team members, artists, and customers
- Contribute to an environment where all team members are respected and included, regardless of their individual differences
- Answer incoming calls and interact with customers via email or live chat
- Resolve product or service problems by listening to customers and clarifying their concerns
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
- Provide information about our products and services, and take advantage of opportunities to upsell
- Act as a liaison between customers and artists, and confer with the warehouse to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
- Enter all required information into our computer systems and maintain accurate customer records
- Prepare reports, statistics, and correspondences accurately and on time
- Participate in departmental teams and tasks as assigned
- Support and assist other departments with special projects and tasks
- Enhance our organization's success by accepting ownership of new tasks and opportunities
- Ability to make responsible decisions and use good judgment
- Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment with a service-driven mindset
- Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations and calmly resolve issues
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy
