Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Team Manager to lead our Integrated Product Team (IPT) in delivering technically-compliant products within cost and schedule requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering and experience in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an integrated team to deliver products to the next higher level of integration
  • Coordinate response to project performance issues and mentor IPT leads for improved performance
  • Identify and flow down proper policy, process, procedures, tools, training, templates, and guidance to support IPT leads
  • Staff IPT lead needs within the business area and functional department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or RF Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of related engineering experience, including responsibility as an IPT lead or technical lead
  • Team leadership and teamwork skills demonstrated through at least two years of experience as an IPT lead, engineering manager, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of EVMS, risk management, scheduling practices, and other financial and programmatic reporting
  • Minimum Security Clearance: Secret

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or MBA in technical, business, or related field
  • Preferred Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or Secret with reinvestigation within past five years
