MRI Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at McAlester Regional Health Center Authority. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing and assisting with MRI exams, assessing patients, and providing direct quality care.

• Perform and assist with MRI exams under the direction of the MRI Supervisor.
• Assess each patient and provide direct quality care.
• Coordinate patient flow and monitor activities in the MRI scanner room.
• Ensure proper stocking of supplies and materials necessary for day-to-day operations.
• Model customer service to direct reports and set the example for both direct and indirect reports on customer service expectations.
• Resolve issues using customer service skills, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Build sustainable relationships with patients, visitors, physicians, and other employees by exhibiting a smile, good attitude, following the 5/10 rule, and treating all with utmost respect.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a two-year AMA-approved program for Radiologic Technology.
• Registered or registry eligible with the ARRT in MRI.
