MRI Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join our team at McAlester Regional Health Center Authority. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our MRI department.

• Patient Care
  • Assess each patient and provide direct quality care during MRI exams.
  • Coordinate patient flow and ensure a positive experience for all patients.
• Operational Excellence
  • Monitor and coordinate the activities of the MRI scanner room.
  • Ensure proper stocking of supplies and materials necessary for day-to-day operations.
• Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and employees.
  • Model customer service expectations for direct and indirect reports.
  • Resolve issues using customer service skills, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
• Teamwork and Communication
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients, visitors, physicians, and employees by exhibiting a positive attitude and treating all with respect.
  • Exhibit great knowledge of all MRHC and SE Clinics services and be a walking positive advertisement for MRHC.
