At White Deer Run - Cove Forge BHS, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management of clinical services in our treatment facility.
Responsibilities:- Manage and provide clinical services to patients in accordance with medical protocols and regulations.
- Ensure the physical health and care of patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of patient safety.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including diagnostic testing, clinical evaluation, and prescription of medications and treatments.
- Assist in the management of behavioral or mental health problems of patients and maintain current clinical medical records.
- Supervise and manage assigned staff, including administrative and support staff, to ensure adherence to established medical and clinical policy.
- Provide back-up call coverage and serve as a liaison between the medical staff and other staff within the facility, division, or corporate staff.
- PA state license
- Board certified
- Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner
