Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee swimming areas to ensure guest safety.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and assist guests in distress.
  • Engage with guests, providing information and resolving any issues.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in water rescue techniques, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld throughout the facility.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to promote a positive environment.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests and fellow team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to endure extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Successful completion of a swim test is required.
  • Certification in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and lifeguarding is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Capability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Adherence to grooming and employment standards is required.
  • Completion of all training requirements within specified timelines is mandatory.
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
