Regular participation in technical discussions with cross-functional teams will be part of your role, fostering an atmosphere of transparency that contributes to superior products, enhanced work environments, and improved cybersecurity.

Your prompt decision-making and support for our clients will ensure they receive the swift assistance required to maintain secure environments, necessitating quick, thoughtful responses and technical support as needed, often in high-pressure scenarios.

Your Contributions

  • Address user-reported issues in compliance with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Assess customer-reported issues and respond through ticketing systems, phone, or remote sessions.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting at both the application and operating system levels, leveraging your expertise.
  • Identify fault areas (code, environment, or configuration) and collaborate with relevant teams to implement solutions.
  • Provide timely updates on the development process regarding customer-reported product issues.
  • Document actions to effectively relay information internally and to clients.
  • Facilitate root cause analyses and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
