Job Overview:
- Execute cleaning tasks including sweeping surfaces, washing walls, and disposing of waste in the warehouse environment.
- Perform regular maintenance duties and clear debris from the premises, notifying management of any repair requirements.
- Oversee the efficiency of pest management systems and communicate any concerns to supervisors.
- Clear ice and snow from pathways and parking areas as necessary.
- Keep company grounds free from litter and debris.
- Prioritize safety and report any hazards to the supervisor.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Follow attendance guidelines and arrive for work punctually.
- Utilize cleaning machinery such as steam cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
- Carry out additional assigned tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Be available for occasional overtime, evening, or weekend shifts as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow directions and resolve routine issues.

Physical Demands:
This role involves manual handling, standing, walking, reaching, and occasional sitting, along with other physical activities. The typical noise level in the warehouse is moderate.
