  • Providing assistance to inmates and their families who require support during the incarceration phase, addressing issues such as financial hardships and family-related matters.
  • Offering aftercare support to releasing inmates who lack family support during their transition back to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our centre.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to phone inquiries and handling general enquires.
  • Promote compliance with ethical and responsible data use principles by collecting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems.
  • Provide administrative support and clerical activities for our satellite centres (Bedok, Cantonment, and Woodlands).
  • Submit timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to our organization's financial management and procurement processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

  • A Levels or Diploma holder.
  • Service-oriented individual.
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Office 365) and IT systems.
