Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients, residents, and staff. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food will make a significant impact on our patients' experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including entrees, sides, and desserts, using standardized recipes and presentation standards.
  • Monitor and maintain food temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Supervise and assist in the storage of food and supplies, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Notify the Director of Culinary of food, supply, or equipment needs, and report any equipment breakdowns or unsafe conditions.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations, and department sanitation procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or culinary role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
